The Reports page: funnel, per-campaign rates, sender volume and CSV export

Reports rolls every campaign up into one funnel, a by-campaign rate table and a 30-day volume-by-sender list, and lets you export the campaign numbers as CSV.

Where: Left nav → Insight → Reports. Buttons at the top right: Export CSV and Custom report +

How to do it

  1. Open Reports. The subtitle says what the rates count: opened, clicked, replied and interested are people, of the people your emails reached; bounced is emails, of the emails sent.
  2. Read "Where N emails went": Sent and Delivered (emails — Delivered with its share of Sent and how many bounced or were blocked as spam), then People reached, Opened, Clicked, Replied and Interested (people — each with its share of the people reached). Under it: "N interested ≈ one for every M emails sent."
  3. Use By campaign: columns Campaign, Sent, Open, Click, Reply, Interested, Bounce. Hover a cell for the counts behind it — Sent splits into delivered, bounced and blocked; Open, Click and Reply read "X of Y people reached …"; Bounce adds the emails blocked as spam.
  4. Check Volume by sender (30d): each sender's address and provider with "N sent" and, if any, "· N bounced".
  5. Click Export CSV to download mailfleet-campaigns.csv.

Good to know

  • Every number is counted from the campaigns' emails and replies, the same way as each campaign's Analytics: Sent = emails sent; Delivered = Sent less the emails that bounced (a bad address) or were blocked as spam; People reached = people with at least one delivered email; Opened = people with any recorded open (the automatic ones mail-security scanners make included); Clicked = people who clicked 5 minutes or more after an email was sent (earlier clicks are scanners); Replied = people with a real reply (out-of-office and auto-replies left out); Interested = people whose reply is marked Interested, Meeting request, Meeting booked or Won. A person in two campaigns counts in each.
  • Opened carries a note: "needs open tracking on" when it is 0, otherwise that it includes automatic opens; Clicked's note says the first 5 minutes after sending are left out. Apple Mail Privacy Protection can also pre-load images for a person who never read the email, so read opens as a rough signal.
  • By campaign lists only campaigns that have sent at least one email, sorted by sends. Open, Click and Reply are people ÷ the people that campaign reached; Bounce is emails that bounced ÷ Sent (blocked emails never added in); Interested is a count of people.
  • Volume by sender shows the top 8 senders by sends over the last 30 days (UTC days), built from daily per-sender totals.
  • Export CSV columns: campaign, status, leads, sent, opened, clicked, replied, interested, bounced, blocked, leads_reached — counted as above (opened, clicked, replied and interested are people; bounced and blocked are emails), one row per campaign (all statuses, including drafts), oldest first. Campaign names that start with =, +, - or @ are prefixed with an apostrophe so spreadsheets do not run them as formulas.
  • When nothing has been sent and no campaign or saved report exists, the page shows "No data yet" instead of the panels.

Questions people ask

Why do Open % and Reply % use people, but Bounce % uses emails?
A person either opened, clicked or replied or didn't, however many follow-ups they received, so those are shares of the people your emails reached. A bounce happens to an email, so Bounce is a share of emails sent.
Can I export replies or leads from here?
Not from Reports — this export is campaign-level totals only. Lead-level open/click data is exported from a campaign's Leads tab, and the Emails tab has its own export.
