MailFleet vs Smartlead
Smartlead is built for agencies running many client accounts at high volume. MailFleet is built around fewer, better sends with LinkedIn and replies in the same place. Same "unlimited mailboxes" headline, different priorities underneath.
The short version
Pick Smartlead if you run outreach for many clients and want white-labelled client workspaces, very high monthly send allowances, and an ecosystem of add-ons (mailbox provisioning, deliverability tests, dedicated servers) sold by the same vendor.
Pick MailFleet if you want LinkedIn steps and email in one sequence on every plan, a reply queue sorted by intent, dedicated sending IPs included from $69, and a single price with no per-client fees. Unlimited teammates and unlimited mailboxes come with every plan, including the $39 one.

Reading the table
- At $39, MailFleet's Basic includes more emails (10,000 vs 6,000) and the same 2,000 leads as Smartlead's Base. Both include unlimited warmup for unlimited mailboxes at that price; Smartlead's premium warmup pool is an add-on on Pro and included from the $174 tier.
- At the $69–$94 band, MailFleet Pro includes 150,000 emails, 30,000 leads, a dedicated IP, LinkedIn steps and API; Smartlead Pro at $94 includes 90,000 emails, 30,000 contacts and CRM access. MailFleet includes more emails and the same number of leads for $25 less, plus the infrastructure and LinkedIn; Smartlead includes its CRM.
- At the top, MailFleet Scale ($350) comes in $29 under Smartlead Unlimited Prime ($379). Prime includes 500,000 emails and three SmartServers; Scale includes 600,000 emails, three dedicated IPs and calling. Prime's white-label client workspaces are the agency-specific difference.
Where the products genuinely differ
Agency operation
Smartlead's strongest feature is the agency layer: client workspaces that can be white-labelled ($29 per client per month from Pro; several included on Prime), per-client reporting and a marketplace of add-ons. If you resell outreach under your own brand, that is the feature set you are buying.
MailFleet has an operator console for the team running the platform and a hand-over flow that moves a finished campaign into a client's own workspace, but no white-label branding. Agencies use it for the sending and reply work; the client logs into MailFleet.
Smartlead is email-first. LinkedIn steps exist as a newer add-on to its sequence engine. MailFleet's LinkedIn automation (profile visits, connection requests with notes, messages, acceptance detection, inbox sync) is part of every plan with one sender included (three on Scale); extra senders are $60 a month. If LinkedIn is central rather than occasional, this is the deciding line.
Replies
Both bring replies from all mailboxes into one inbox. MailFleet tags each reply by intent, holds follow-ups for out-of-office return dates, forwards interested replies by rule, and lets you answer from the mailbox the person wrote to. Smartlead's Master Inbox covers the same ground for email with CRM-style pipeline views on paid tiers.
Warmup
Both include unlimited warmup for unlimited mailboxes on every plan. Smartlead adds a premium warmup pool on its Unlimited tiers (an add-on on Pro); MailFleet warms every mailbox against its whole customer network and never counts warmup against email credits.
Infrastructure you can buy
Smartlead sells more of the stack: SmartSenders (mailbox and domain provisioning), SmartDelivery (inbox placement tests), SmartServers (dedicated sending servers), a dialer, and an email-verification credit pack. Buying it all from one vendor is convenient; the bill is a sum of parts.
MailFleet includes what most teams need in the plan: dedicated IPs on Pro and Scale, a 53M-person Lead Database allowance, an in-app dialer and call steps (included on Scale, add-on from $50 on Basic and Pro), a blocklist, custom tracking domains, and webhooks on every plan. There is no separate deliverability-testing product.
Lead data
Smartlead's plans list "verified prospect emails" (2,000 to 170,000 per month). MailFleet's plans include Lead Database people (1,000 / 5,000 / 50,000 per month) with filters for title, seniority, country, industry and company size. Compare what you'd actually pull each month rather than the headline number.
Things MailFleet does not do (yet)
- No white-label client portals.
- No inbox-placement testing product.
- No native CRM sync — webhooks and the API instead.
Which should you choose?
If your business is running white-labelled outreach for a roster of clients at six-figure monthly volume, Smartlead is built for exactly that and the add-on economy is a feature, not a bug. If you are a team — agency or in-house — that wants email plus LinkedIn in one sequence, dedicated IPs without a separate purchase, and a reply queue that tells you which replies matter, MailFleet does that at one price.
FAQ
Does Smartlead include warmup?
Yes — unlimited warmup on every plan, including Base. Its premium warmup pool is an add-on on Pro and included on the Unlimited tiers. MailFleet also includes warmup on every plan at no charge.
Is Smartlead cheaper than MailFleet?
Same entry price ($39); MailFleet's Basic includes more emails (10,000 vs 6,000) and the same 2,000 leads, and both include warmup. From the next tier MailFleet includes more emails for less (150,000 at $69 vs 90,000 at $94), plus LinkedIn and a dedicated IP; at high volume MailFleet Scale ($350, 600,000 emails) also includes more than Smartlead's $379 tier (500,000).
Can MailFleet import a Smartlead mailbox export?
Yes. The mailbox import accepts a Smartlead CSV export directly, verifies each mailbox over SMTP and IMAP, and can start warmup straight away.
Does either tool limit team members?
Neither charges per seat on the plans compared. MailFleet states unlimited teammates on every plan; Smartlead's client and team model is built into its agency tiers.
