The Overview page
Overview is your home screen: emails sent, replies waiting, sender health and a sending-activity chart for any date range, plus what needs you next.
Where: Left nav → Overview (the first item, above Notifications)
How to do it
- Open Overview from the left nav. The greeting line tells you how many people wrote back and are waiting in your queue.
- Emails sent, Landed in inbox (with its bounced and blocked counts) and the Sending activity chart follow the range; Replies waiting, Active senders, the Campaigns panel and Up next are live totals.
- For a custom range, fill in From and To (neither can be after today) and click Apply. Click Clear to go back to the preset.
- Read the four stat cards: Emails sent, Replies waiting ("in your queue"), Active senders ("N connected"), Landed in inbox ("N bounced · N blocked (range)").
- Use the Campaigns panel (your 5 most recent campaigns: Campaign, Status, Leads, Sent, Replied) — click a name to open its analytics, the pencil to edit it, or "All campaigns →".
- Hover a bar in Sending activity to see "N sent" and the date; switch the chart between 7 days / 14 days / 30 days with the selector above it.
- On the right: Waiting on you shows the 3 newest unhandled replies ("Open replies"); Sender health lists senders with a 0–100 score ("All senders"); Up next tells you how many emails are due to send right now.
Good to know
- Emails sent comes from each sender's daily send totals for the selected range. Landed in inbox is the campaign emails sent in the range that neither bounced (a bad address) nor were blocked as spam, ÷ all the campaign emails sent in it; it shows "—" until something has been sent in the range.
- Replies waiting counts replies nobody has handled yet, excluding bounce notices. The nav badge on Replies counts unread replies, which is a different number.
- Days are counted in UTC. The To date is capped at today. For a custom range longer than 366 days the stat cards still total the whole range, but the chart only draws the last 366 days.
- The Sending activity chart's 7/14/30-day selector only slices the days already loaded for the page range — with a 7-day page range, the 30-day view still shows 7 bars. The busiest day is highlighted and the summary line reads "N emails sent over the last X days. Busiest day: N sent."
- Sender health score: a verified, sending mailbox starts at 80 and moves to 100 once its warmup has actually started; each consecutive failure takes 4 points off (floor 40). Unverified = 50, Paused = 40, a mailbox in error = 42 minus 6 per failure (floor 8). Scores of 80+ are shown neutral, 50–79 in accent, below 50 in red.
- The Active senders card and the Sender health panel are built from the same list of up to 6 mailboxes (sorted by address). For the full count open Mailboxes.
- Up next counts leads in sending campaigns whose next email is already due; the message reads "N emails are due to send. Open Campaigns to push the queue." or "No sends are due right now…".
- The Campaigns panel shows the 5 most recently created campaigns, each with "N steps · N leads".
- The Campaigns panel's Sent and Replied are counted the way the Campaigns list counts them: every email the campaign sent, and the people who replied — out-of-office and auto-replies left out.
Questions people ask
Why does Overview show fewer emails than my campaign totals?
Overview follows the date range you picked (default: the last 30 days) and counts per-sender daily totals. Campaign pages count everything the campaign has ever sent.
Why is "Replies waiting" different from the badge on Replies?
Replies waiting counts replies that have not been handled yet; the nav badge counts replies you have not opened yet.
