Zapmail mailbox provisioning
If you buy mailboxes from Zapmail, Zapmail can connect them straight into your MailFleet workspace.
Where: Inside Zapmail (its MailFleet integration). The access it creates appears under MailFleet Settings → API & webhooks → Your keys as a key named "Zapmail".
How to do it
- In Zapmail, choose MailFleet as the destination and sign in with your MailFleet email and password.
- Pick the MailFleet workspace to connect to (a normal account sees its own workspace).
- Zapmail opens Google's consent screen for each Google mailbox; approving it creates or reconnects that sender in your workspace. Zapmail then checks which addresses are connected.
- Optionally Zapmail sets a per-mailbox tracking domain it has already pointed at fltrk.com.
Good to know
- Works on every plan — it is not gated like the REST API.
- Each Zapmail sign-in creates a fresh "Zapmail" key in your workspace; only the newest three are kept. Revoke a Zapmail key from Settings → API & webhooks to cut Zapmail's access.
- Google consent links from Zapmail expire after 15 minutes and work once; if Zapmail passes an email, only that Google account is accepted.
- Zapmail's per-mailbox tracking domain is stored on the sender and gets a certificate; campaign sends use the workspace domain from Settings → Tracking.
