Sending defaults

Workspace-wide default values for per-sender daily cap, gaps, sending window and days.

Where: Settings → Sending defaults

How to do it

  1. Open Settings → Sending defaults.
  2. Set Daily cap per sender (1–2000; default 40).
  3. Set Gap between emails (min–max minutes): two fields, 0–240 each (defaults 3 to 8).
  4. Set Window start and Window end (defaults 09:00 and 16:30).
  5. Choose Sending days: Weekdays or Every day (default Weekdays).
  6. Click Save settings.

Good to know

  • These values are saved with the workspace, but the limits the engine enforces today come from each sender and each campaign: a newly connected sender starts at 30 emails/day with a 20-minute gap (editable on the Mailboxes page), and each campaign's Settings → Schedule sets its own window (default 09:00–16:30), days (Mon–Fri) and gap (20 minutes). Change those to change real behaviour.
  • The per-sender daily cap is counted per UTC day.
