Notifications and email alerts
Everything that needs a human lands on the Notifications page; choose which kinds are also emailed to the whole team.
Where: Settings → Notifications (email preferences) and the Notifications item in the left sidebar (the page and badge).
How to do it
- Open Settings → Notifications.
- For each row — Deliverability, Mailboxes, LinkedIn, Campaigns — tick or untick Email me. Each change saves immediately ("Saved.").
- Open Notifications in the sidebar to read alerts. Use the left rail sections All / Deliverability / Mailboxes / LinkedIn / Campaigns; unread counts show as red badges.
- Click an alert to open it (it links to the relevant page); click Mark all read (or Mark section read inside a section) to clear the badge.
- In the Deliverability section, the Domain health button opens the Deliverability page.
Good to know
- All four email preferences are on by default.
- Emails go to every active member of the workspace (not just the person who changed the setting). Subjects are prefixed "Action needed:", "Heads up:" or "Update:" by severity and carry an Open in MailFleet button.
- Deliverability: sending domains are checked every hour; a domain that crosses the bounce/rejection line gets one alert a day, and the first one is emailed. Critical incidents also reach MailFleet support.
- Mailboxes: a sender that disconnected because of a real credential or account failure (not a temporary network blip).
- LinkedIn: an account that needs reconnecting, or a campaign held behind one.
- Campaigns: events such as a sequence finishing or being held, or a campaign paused because every mailbox it picked was deleted or moved away ("“<campaign>” was paused" — pick a mailbox, then resume it).
- Recurring conditions are de-duplicated so an hourly check never spams the same finding.
