Enrichment: LinkedIn profile lookups
Fill in missing LinkedIn profile URLs for leads you already own from the MailFleet Lead Database, within a monthly allowance.
Where: Settings → Enrichment (progress and allowance). Start a run from Leads → a list → Find LinkedIn URLs, or from a campaign's Leads tab.
How to do it
- Open Leads, pick a list, and click Find LinkedIn URLs (or do the same from a campaign's Leads tab). You can leave the page — it runs in the background.
- Open Settings → Enrichment to watch progress. The Runs list shows each job: list or campaign name, when it started, "Searching X of Y · Z found", then "found of searched" when done. Click the refresh icon to reload; the page auto-refreshes every 3 seconds while a run is active.
- The LinkedIn lookups this month bar shows used, cap and remaining for your plan.
Good to know
- Monthly allowance by plan: Trial 100, Basic 100, Pro 1,000, Scale 10,000 profile URLs per calendar month. It resets on the 1st.
- Only profiles actually found are counted; misses cost nothing.
- A lead is searched at most once every 30 days; leads searched recently are reported as "skipped (searched in the last 30 days)".
- Matching is strict: the lead's email must be that person's email, or first name + last name + company domain must match exactly one person at that company. Name-only matching is deliberately not used.
- If an Apollo.io API key is saved under Settings → Integrations, leads our database cannot match are also looked up in Apollo (up to 500 leads per hour per workspace) — these spend credits in your Apollo account and are reported as "via Apollo". A run reports "over the monthly allowance" when the cap is hit and "queued for the next run" for leftovers.
- Run states: running, done, failed, interrupted.
