Plans and the free trial
What Trial, Basic, Pro and Scale include, what they cost, and how the 7-day trial works.
Where: Billing (left sidebar) → Subscription card; Compare plans opens the public pricing page.
How to do it
- Start the 7-day Basic trial from the pricing page: Stripe takes your card (nothing is charged for 7 days), then you create your workspace — room for 2,000 leads and 10,000 email credits.
- Open Billing to see your plan, its status (Trial, Active, or the subscription's current state if it is no longer active) and the date it ends or renews. The account menu at the bottom of the sidebar also flags a plan as Lapsed once its period has passed.
- On Trial, click Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Scale to open Stripe Checkout; when you return to Billing the new plan applies immediately. Click Compare to see all plans.
- Basic can be started from the pricing page (mailfleet.co/pricing), where each plan card checks out through Stripe.
Good to know
- Basic $39/mo: 2,000 leads in your workspace, 1,000 Lead Database leads/mo, 10,000 email credits/mo, 100 LinkedIn lookups/mo, 1 LinkedIn sender seat, shared sending IPs, no API/MCP.
- Pro $69/mo: 30,000 leads in your workspace, 5,000 Lead Database leads/mo, 150,000 email credits/mo, 1,000 LinkedIn lookups/mo, 1 LinkedIn seat, 1 dedicated IP, API + Claude connector. Pro + Calling is $120/mo and adds 300 call connections and 1 US number.
- Scale $350/mo: unlimited leads in your workspace, 50,000 Lead Database leads/mo, 600,000 email credits/mo, 10,000 LinkedIn lookups/mo, 3 LinkedIn seats, 3 dedicated IPs, API + Claude connector, calling included (300 connections + 1 US number).
- Trial: same as Basic (2,000 leads in your workspace / 10,000 email credits), 1,000 Lead Database leads, 100 LinkedIn lookups, 1 LinkedIn seat, no API. Ends 7 days after signup.
- When the trial ends, importing leads and sending are both paused (a red banner says so). Before that, each limit pauses its own action: with no email credits campaigns stop sending, and with no room left for leads new leads stop being added — the banner tells you which. Replies keep arriving either way. Subscribe to continue.
- Reply forwarding and webhooks are on every plan; teammates and connected mailboxes are unlimited on every plan.
- A paid plan runs in one-month windows: email credits are refilled to the plan's grant on each renewal and are valid until the renewal date. Leads in your workspace aren't monthly — the plan sets how many you can keep, and deleting leads frees room.
- Moving to a smaller plan never deletes leads. If your workspace holds more than the new plan keeps, adding new leads pauses until you're under its number; sending and replies carry on.
- These numbers apply from 2 October 2026. An account that was already paying moves to them at its next renewal (billing date); until then its current month works as before, with lead credits as a monthly import allowance (one per new lead, refilled at renewal). New accounts and plan changes get the new numbers straight away.
- Dedicated IPs are provisioned by the MailFleet team; the Add-ons card shows "Dedicated IP ×N · Included in <plan>".
- Referral links can carry a promo code (?ref=…). When your workspace was created through one, its perk — for example extra email credits — is applied every time the plan is provisioned.
