LinkedIn sender seats

How to do it

1. Next to Connect LinkedIn Account the page reads "N of M seats used": accounts connected against seats available — the seats your plan includes (one on Trial, Basic and Pro, three on Scale) plus any extra you bought. Hover it for "N included with your plan + N extra".
2. Press Add Seats — or try to connect an account when no seat is free — to open "LinkedIn Sender Seats".
3. Use the − / + stepper under "Extra sender seats"; the dialog shows Total sender seats and Seats billing.
4. Press "Add N Seats · $X/mo" to buy, or "Reduce to N Seats" / "Remove All Extra Seats" to cut back; Cancel closes it. When the change is done the page says "Seats updated — N LinkedIn sender seats on this workspace."

Good to know

• Extra seats cost $60 per month each, charged to the card on file and prorated whenever you change the number. Stripe's hosted page only appears when the card needs a check (new card, 3-D Secure, declined); back from it, the page says "Sender seats added — you can connect up to N LinkedIn accounts."
• You can buy up to 50 extra seats. You cannot reduce below the seats currently in use — the stepper says "N in use — remove accounts to go lower".
• Every connected account uses a seat, whatever its status — Paused or Reconnect needed included. Removing an account (⋯ → Remove Account) frees its seat; it doesn't lower the bill until you reduce the seats.
• If seat billing is not switched on for your workspace the dialog says "Extra sender seats aren't available to buy yet — contact support and we'll add them for you."
• When seats lapse, the newest accounts beyond the allowance are paused automatically until you add a seat or remove an account; the seat line turns red while there are more accounts than seats.
• Moving to a plan with fewer included seats (Scale to Pro or Basic) pauses the newest accounts beyond the new total the same way.
