LinkedIn replies land in Replies
Messages prospects send back on LinkedIn are pulled into Replies and stop their sequences, just like an email reply.
Where: Engage → Replies (LinkedIn replies show alongside email replies); LinkedIn campaign page → Overview "Replied" card (opens Replies filtered to that campaign)
How to do it
- Nothing to set up: every Active LinkedIn account's inbox is read about every 20 minutes.
- Open Replies to read and handle a LinkedIn reply like any other.
Good to know
- A reply is matched to the lead by profile URL, or by name among the people this account's LinkedIn and Multi Channel campaigns contacted.
- On a reply the lead is marked Replied, every active enrolment (email and LinkedIn) stops, the reply is auto-tagged, subsequences, webhooks and reply forwarding run as for email. A reply classed as not interested removes the lead from every campaign.
- On a LinkedIn campaign, Replied counts the people who replied to that campaign — each person once, however many messages they sent — and Interested counts those whose reply was classed interested or a meeting request. The Senders tab splits replies by the account they came in through, and the Steps tab credits each reply to the latest message the lead got.
