Finding missing LinkedIn URLs for a list

One click fills in missing LinkedIn profile URLs for everyone in a list from the Lead Database (and Apollo if connected), within a monthly allowance that only counts profiles actually found.

Where: Leads → open a list → Find LinkedIn URLs · progress: Settings → Enrichment → Runs · also on a campaign's Leads tab

How to do it

  1. Open a list under Leads and click Find LinkedIn URLs.
  2. Read the confirmation: "Search N people in this list for LinkedIn profiles? This uses up to X of your Y remaining lookups this month" (and Apollo credits for anyone our database can't identify, if Apollo is connected). Confirm.
  3. Leave the page if you like — the status line updates ("Searching 120 of 800 · 340 found") and the run is recorded under Settings → Enrichment → Runs.
  4. When it finishes you see "N found of M searched", with counts via Apollo, queued for the next run, or over this month's allowance.

Good to know

  • Only people without a LinkedIn URL are searched. If everyone already has one you see "Everyone in this list already has a LinkedIn URL."
  • Matching is strict: a person in our database whose email is the lead's email, or whose first name, last name and company domain (from the lead's website or email) all match exactly one person at that company. If two people match, no URL is written on purpose.
  • Our Lead Database is searched first; leads still missing go to Apollo only if you saved an Apollo API key under Settings → Integrations.
  • Monthly allowance (calendar month, resets on the 1st): Trial 100, Basic 100, Pro 1,000, Scale 10,000. Only profiles found are counted — misses are free.
  • A lead is searched at most once every 30 days; if all candidates were searched recently you see "All N of these were searched in the last 30 days — they're searched again automatically once that's up."
  • On a campaign's Leads tab the search covers only the people in the current filter and search.
