Integrations: Apollo.io API key
Connect your own Apollo.io account so MailFleet can find lead phone numbers and fall back to Apollo for LinkedIn profile lookups.
Where: Settings → Integrations → Apollo.io API key
How to do it
- In Apollo, go to Settings → Integrations → API and copy your API key.
- Open MailFleet Settings → Integrations and paste it into Apollo.io API key (placeholder "Paste your Apollo API key").
- Click Save settings. The label now shows "· connected" and the field placeholder reads "•••••••••• saved — enter a new key to replace".
- To remove it, click Disconnect under the field.
Good to know
- The key is stored encrypted and is never shown again; only its connected/not-connected state is displayed.
- Used by the Find number (Apollo) button on call tasks, by Find Number in Replies (it takes Call Lead's place while a lead has no number), and by Enrich Number on the Calls page, to fetch a lead's phone number (personal mobile or direct line).
- Also used as a fallback during LinkedIn URL enrichment for leads our own database cannot match — capped at 500 leads per hour per workspace. Those lookups spend credits from your Apollo account.
