Workspace, billing & integrations3 steps

Credits: leads in your workspace, email credits, Lead Database and lookups

What each allowance covers, when it is used, and which ones refill.

Where: Billing → Credits card ("Credits — valid to <date>"), the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar (leads and email credits), and Settings → Enrichment (LinkedIn lookups).

How to do it

  1. Open Billing. The Credits card shows Leads in your workspace (how many you keep, of your plan's limit), Lead Database this month left/cap, and Email credits used/grant with progress bars.
  2. Watch the sidebar account menu for a quick view: Free trial / <plan> plan, days left or Renews in N days, your leads and email credits, and last-30-day usage.
  3. When email credits run out or your workspace has no room left for leads, the banner at the top of the app says so (for example "Out of email send credits — campaigns are paused…").

Good to know

  • Leads in your workspace = the people you keep, from any source (CSV import, the API, the Claude connector, the Lead Database, or an email check's results sent to a list or campaign). Your plan sets how many you can keep at once: Basic and the trial 2,000, Pro 30,000, Scale unlimited. It is room, not a monthly allowance — nothing resets each month.
  • Every lead counts, whatever its status — bounced, unsubscribed and blocked leads too. Deleting leads frees room (Delete list on the Leads page). Updating a lead that's already in your workspace never takes extra room. Adding more than you have room for adds as many as fit; the rest are reported as not added. If your workspace holds more leads than your plan keeps (after moving to a smaller plan, say), nothing is deleted — adding new leads pauses until you're back under.
  • Email credit = one campaign email actually sent (Trial and Basic 10,000 a month, Pro 150,000, Scale 600,000). Warmup traffic is free. Replies you send from the Replies page (or via Claude) do not spend credits. A failed or bounced send is not charged.
  • Lead Database allowance = people pulled from the MailFleet Lead Database per calendar month (1,000 Basic/Trial, 5,000 Pro, 50,000 Scale). It is separate from your room for leads (a person you pull uses one unit of it and, as a lead, takes room in your workspace) and resets on the 1st; when it is used up you see "You've used this month's N Lead Database leads. The allowance resets on the 1st — or upgrade under Billing for more."
  • LinkedIn lookups = profile URLs found per calendar month (100 Trial/Basic, 1,000 Pro, 10,000 Scale), reset on the 1st.
  • Email credits refill to the plan's grant at each monthly renewal and do not roll over. Leads don't refill — they're room, and Scale's is unlimited.
  • These numbers apply from 2 October 2026. An account that was already paying moves to them at its next renewal (billing date); until then its current month works as before — lead credits are a monthly import allowance, one per new lead, refilled at renewal. New accounts and plan changes get the new numbers straight away.
  • When email credits hit 0 or the plan/trial lapses, the campaign engine holds every due send (the banner at the top of the app says why) and resumes automatically once credits are topped up; leads are never deleted and replies keep flowing.
  • Workspaces marked unlimited by MailFleet show "Unlimited leads and emails on this workspace" and are not metered.
