Connect Claude to MailFleet (MCP)
Add MailFleet as a custom connector in Claude to read campaigns, replies and stats, build campaigns, add leads, send replies and manage warmup from a conversation.
Where: Settings → Integrations → Connect to Claude
How to do it
- Open Settings → Integrations. On Pro or Scale the panel shows your MCP connector URL (https://mailfleet.co/api/mcp) with a Copy button; on other plans it shows "Connecting Claude is available on the Pro and Scale plans" with a link to plans.
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
- Paste the URL and continue.
- You are sent to MailFleet to approve: sign in if needed, review the workspace and permissions listed, and click Approve & connect (or Deny).
- Back in Claude, MailFleet's tools are available in your conversation.
Good to know
- Requires a MailFleet Pro or Scale plan and a Claude plan that supports custom connectors (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise).
- The approval page lists what Claude can do: read your campaigns, replies, leads and senders; see sending stats and health; create, pause and resume campaigns; send replies and add leads; turn warmup on or off for your senders. Everything is limited to the one workspace you approved.
- Warmup from Claude: ask it to turn warmup on or off for one mailbox, a list, or all of them. You can set emails per day (1–100), a daily ramp-up (day N allows N × this many), a random daily range (min and max per day), reply rate (0–100%), the gap between warmup emails (minutes) and a cap on replies to inbound warmup. Anything you don't set keeps its value; a mailbox switched on with nothing set gets 20 emails a day, a 30-minute gap and a 30% reply rate. For a new mailbox or domain, 20 a day with a ramp-up of 3 and a 30% reply rate, for 2–3 weeks before cold campaigns, is a good start. Only connected mailboxes can be switched on.
- Tools available: list_campaigns, get_campaign (with sequence steps), list_replies (filter by intent or unhandled), list_leads (search by email, name or company), list_senders, get_stats, list_lists, create_campaign, set_campaign_steps (replaces all steps), add_campaign_step, start_campaign, pause_campaign, resume_campaign, add_leads (up to 2,000 per call, deduped by email, respects your room for leads), import_leads_csv (CSV text up to 5,000 rows; step columns become suggested sequence steps and can be applied to a campaign in one go), enroll_list, send_reply (a real email from the mailbox the reply arrived on — even while that mailbox is paused — counted toward its daily limit and copied to its BCC to CRM address when it has one; skips threads already handled). start_campaign and resume_campaign refuse a campaign whose picked mailboxes were all deleted or moved to another workspace until one is picked in MailFleet; list_campaigns and get_campaign say why in mailboxAlert.
- Sequence editing is for email campaigns only (not Multi Channel / LinkedIn): at most 12 steps, step types email / manual / call, wait 0–90 days between steps, up to 4 A/B variants, subject up to 998 characters, body up to 20,000.
- Access tokens last 1 hour and refresh automatically for 30 days; revoke the connection any time from Claude's connector settings.
- The panel documents Claude; the server speaks standard MCP over HTTP with OAuth sign-in.
- If MailFleet is in maintenance mode, connector calls are refused until it ends.
- Claude can search and read everything in your workspace: one search across campaigns, leads, replies, deals, lists and mailboxes; filtered, paged lists of campaigns, a campaign's leads, replies, leads, deals and tasks; and full detail for a campaign's analytics, a conversation, a lead or a deal. Ask in plain words — e.g. "which campaigns had the best reply rate this month?" or "show me unhandled interested replies from the Q4 campaign". Campaign numbers come back counted the way the Campaigns list counts them: opened, clicked, replied and positive are people, of the people reached; bounced (a bad address) and blocked (refused as spam) are emails.
