Calling add-on: connections, numbers and billing
Buy or change the calling package that unlocks call steps and the in-app dialer: a monthly quota of answered calls plus phone numbers by country.

How to do it
- Drag the "Call Connections Per Month" slider to a tier.
- Set how many phone numbers you want per country under "Phone Numbers By Country".
- Press the button in the total rail ("Buy Calling · $X/mo", "Get Pro + Calling · $120/mo", or "Add Extras"). It charges the card on file; Stripe's page only appears when your bank needs a check or no card is on file.
- Later, open Calls → Manage plan to change the package ("Update Plan · +/−$X/mo") or press Cancel Calling / Remove Calling (Back To Pro).
Good to know
- Standalone tiers: 300 connections $50/mo, 600 $100, 1,000 $167, 1,500 $250, 2,500 $417. Phone numbers are $3/mo each, up to 20 per country and 50 in total. Countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Australia, UAE, India, Brazil.
- Pro + Calling is $120/mo (replacing the $69 Pro plan) and includes 300 connections and 1 US number; Scale includes the same 300 connections and 1 number in its $350. Extra connections and numbers are added at the standard rates.
- A connection is a dialed call that gets answered — one credit each. Ring-outs, busy signals and voicemail cost nothing. Credits refill every billing cycle; a mid-cycle upgrade adds the difference immediately.
- Call steps unlock immediately after payment; numbers are provisioned within 48 hours. Changes are prorated; cancelling credits the unused part of the month to your next invoice and releases the numbers.
- If self-serve calling is not switched on, the page says "Self-serve calling isn't switched on yet — contact support and we'll set it up." A workspace the MailFleet team enabled manually is unmetered.
