Calling add-on (billing)

Buy or manage monthly call connections and phone numbers for the in-app dialer; see what your plan already includes.

Where: Billing → Add-ons → Calling (Add / Manage link), or Calls → Manage plan (the Calling plan page). If you have no calling yet, the Calls page shows the calling configurator directly.

How to do it

  1. Open Billing. The Calling row shows Active or Not added and a summary (connections/mo, left this cycle, numbers, monthly amount). Click Add (or Manage).
  2. On the Calling plan page, step 01 Call Connections Per Month: drag the slider across the tiers.
  3. Step 02 Phone Numbers By Country: use − / + per country (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Australia, UAE, India, Brazil).
  4. Check the sticky total rail (package price, extras, Change vs today), then click the primary button to pay or apply the change.
  5. To stop, use the remove/cancel link under the button and confirm the dialog.

Good to know

  • A connection is a dialed call that gets answered — one credit each. Ring-outs, busy signals and voicemail cost nothing. Credits refill to your quota every billing cycle.
  • Tiers: 300 connections $50/mo, 600 $100, 1,000 $167, 1,500 $250, 2,500 $417. Phone numbers are $3/mo each, up to 20 per country and 50 in total.
  • Scale includes 300 connections and 1 US number in its $350. Pro + Calling ($120, i.e. Pro $69 + calling) includes the same starter and replaces a plain Pro plan when added. Basic buys calling as a standalone package from $50/mo. Extras on top are billed at the tier and per-number rates.
  • Changes are prorated and charged to the card on file today; the new monthly amount starts next cycle. Without a card on file you are sent to checkout.
  • Call steps unlock immediately after payment; numbers are provisioned within 48 hours.
  • When the cycle's connections are used up the dialer refuses with "You've used all N call connections in this billing cycle. Add more under Calls → Manage calling plan."
  • Removing calling on Pro + Calling returns the plan to Pro, releases the numbers and stops call steps; the unused part of the month is credited.
  • Calling turned on by the MailFleet team shows as "Enabled by the MailFleet team · unmetered".
