The Emails tab: sent and scheduled emails
See every email the campaign has sent with its open, click and reply status — or Bounced or Blocked for one that never arrived — preview any of them, and see what is queued to go out next and when.
Where: Campaign → Emails tab → Sent / Scheduled switch.
How to do it
- Open the Emails tab. Sent shows every email the campaign has sent; Scheduled shows the next email for each active lead.
- On Sent, click a chip to filter: All, Opened, Not opened, Clicked, Replied, Bounced or Blocked — each with its count for the whole campaign.
- Narrow by step ("All steps" — shown once the campaign has more than one step) or sender ("All senders" — shown once more than one mailbox has sent); search by recipient or subject.
- Click any row to view the email exactly as it was sent. Press Escape or the X to close.
- Click Export to download the current filter as a CSV — it includes every matching email, not only the rows on screen. Its opened_at is when the email was first opened and clicked_at when a person clicked (blank when only a scanner clicked), and bounced_at and blocked_at date an email that never arrived.
- On Scheduled, read the Due column ("in 25 min", "in 3 hr", "in 2 d", or "Due now") and click a row to preview the exact email that will go out to that person.
Good to know
- Sent columns: Recipient, Message (subject), Status, Step, Sent by (the sender mailbox), Sent (time). Status shows Delivered with open, click and reply marks — or Bounced (the address doesn't exist) or Blocked (refused as spam or on policy) for an email that never arrived, whose open and click marks stay off. Status updates as events arrive.
- Opened counts any open recorded on the email, including the automatic ones mail-security scanners make on delivery. Clicked counts a click 5 minutes or more after the email was sent; earlier ones are scanners following every link on delivery and are left out — the same rules as the campaign's Analytics and the Campaigns list. Not opened is a delivered email with no open recorded; bounced and blocked emails are in neither.
- A bounce or block marks only the email it was about: the same lead's earlier emails stay delivered. After a block the lead stays in the sequence and their next step goes out later; the blocked email isn't sent again.
- Replied marks every email to a lead who wrote back to the campaign with a real reply — out-of-office and auto-replies don't count.
- The Sent list shows the most recent 1,000 emails; the chip counts and Export cover the whole campaign.
- Older sends may be labelled "re-rendered from template" in the preview — the copy is rebuilt from the step as it was, rather than a stored snapshot.
- Scheduled lists up to 300 active leads whose next step is an automated email, soonest first. Leads waiting on a manual/call task or a LinkedIn step aren't listed.
- When the campaign is outside its sending window, a notice shows the window (e.g. 09:00–16:30 UTC) and when it next opens; the Due times already account for that.
- "Due now" means the email is queued for the next pass and is waiting on a sender's daily limit or send spacing.
- A scheduled preview shows the likely sender's signature and says so when the sender may still change.
