Organize campaigns in folders
Group campaigns by client, market or offer in folders on the Campaigns page, then open a folder to see only its campaigns and totals.
Where: Campaigns → Folders tab (New Folder), or More actions → Move to Folder on any campaign.
How to do it
- Open Campaigns and click the Folders tab, then New Folder (or the dashed New Folder tile). Type a Folder Name — up to 60 characters, e.g. "Northwind — Q4" — and click Create Folder.
- To file a campaign, open its More actions menu and choose Move to Folder, then pick the folder. For several at once, tick them and click Move to Folder in the bar above the list.
- In the Move dialog you can also type a new name under "Or create a new folder…" and click Create & Move, or pick No folder to take campaigns out of their folder.
- Click a folder card to see only its campaigns. The status filter, client filter, Metrics and search all still work there; click Folders in the breadcrumb to go back.
- Use the three-dot menu on a folder card to Rename it or Delete Folder.
Good to know
- Each folder card shows how many campaigns it holds and how many are sending, plus Sent, Reply rate (people who replied — out-of-office and auto-replies left out — ÷ the people its campaigns' emails reached) and Positive replies.
- A campaign sits in one folder at a time; moving it to another folder takes it out of the first. On the All Campaigns tab its folder shows as a small chip under the name.
- Deleting a folder never touches its campaigns — they stay in All Campaigns, just unfiled.
- Folders belong to your workspace and are shared by everyone on your team. Folder names must be unique (ignoring capitals); a workspace can have up to 200.
- Folders only group campaigns on this page. They don't change sending, schedules, senders or reports.
- The page remembers the open folder in its address, so Back from a campaign returns you to the same folder.
