Auto-tagging replies for this campaign

Every reply is read and given one tag; pick which tags may be applied automatically on this campaign — subsequences start from them.

Where: Campaign → Settings → Auto-tagging ("What replies get tagged") → Save changes.

How to do it

  1. Tick or untick each tag: Interested, Meeting request, Question, Not now, Not interested, OOO, Wrong person, Referral. Use Select all or Turn off auto-tagging for bulk changes.
  2. Click Save changes.
  3. Build what happens after a tag under Subsequences.

Good to know

  • All eight tags are on by default. A tag you switch off is never applied automatically, but you can still add it by hand on the Replies page.
  • "Not interested" also removes the person from every campaign, exactly as a reply saying "unsubscribe" does.
  • OOO tags out-of-office auto-replies; these are never counted as replies. If the auto-reply gives a return date, the next step and any open task wait for that day.
  • Tag meanings shown on screen: Interested (wants to hear more), Meeting request (asks for a call, time, demo or calendar link), Question (asks something before deciding), Not now (timing), Not interested (a clear no), OOO, Wrong person (not the right contact), Referral (points you to someone else).
