Read a campaign's Analytics
The campaign overview: a date range, the pipeline it has won, eight headline numbers, reach by day with scheduled sends, results per step and A/B variant, latest replies and health — plus sharing and CSV export.
Where: Campaigns → click a campaign name (the Analytics tab).
How to do it
- Pick a range at the top — 7 days, 14 days (the default), 30 days or All time. Every number that can be dated follows it, in the campaign's own timezone.
- Read the Pipeline From This Campaign card (value of its won deals) — Add Deal Value opens New Deal on the campaign's Deals tab, Open Replies opens Replies filtered to this campaign.
- Read the eight tiles: Leads Contacted (new leads emailed, and the share of everyone enrolled), Emails Sent, Unique Opens, Clicks, Replies (out-of-office and auto-replies excluded), Positive (interested, meeting request or booked, won), Bounced (bad addresses, with the emails blocked as spam beside it) and Unsubscribed.
- Use Reach by Day to see Sent, Opened, Replied and Positive per day — click a legend chip to hide a series, hover a day for its numbers. While the campaign is sending, faded bars estimate the next week's scheduled sends.
- Use Sequence Breakdown for Sent, Opened, Clicked, Replied and Bounced per step (with Day N, "in thread" and how many leads are waiting there), and per A/B variant underneath a split-tested step. Opened, clicked and replied are a share of the step's delivered emails, bounced of every email it sent.
- Check Latest Replies (each opens that conversation; "N waiting on you") and Health: deliverability (emails that neither bounced nor were blocked, of every email sent), bounce rate, emails blocked as spam or on policy, mailboxes sending, skipped for missing data.
- Share Report copies a read-only link to this page's numbers (anyone with the link can open it, no login); Stop Sharing turns it off. Download CSV saves the per-day numbers for the range, then each step and variant.
Good to know
- Opens, Clicks, Replies, Positive and Unsubscribed count people, divided by the people the campaign's emails reached (leads with at least one delivered email) — the honest response rate. Opens count every recorded open, including the automatic ones mail-security scanners make on delivery; clicks leave out the first 5 minutes after sending, when scanners follow every link. Bounced is emails that bounced (a bad address) divided by emails sent; emails blocked as spam are shown beside it and under Health, never added in. An email that bounced or was blocked never counts as opened or clicked.
- Unsubscribed is an all-time number (opt-outs aren't dated per campaign), so with a range picked it says "all time". Bounced follows the range: of the emails sent in it, the ones that bounced, with the ones blocked as spam beside them. Health is all-time.
- Opens and clicks read "tracking is off" when the campaign doesn't track them — plain-text campaigns never do.
- A reply counts toward the step it answered: the last email that lead got before replying. The ★ Winner is the variant with the best reply rate (open rate while nothing has a reply yet), with at least 10 delivered emails per variant and a clear lead.
- The shared link shows numbers only — no names, emails, reply text or senders — and stops working if you Stop Sharing or the campaign is handed to another account.
- The header shows the status, who the campaign is for (MailFleet team), when it was created and the next send, the settings that shape sending (new leads per day, tracking, webhooks, A/B test, schedule), Pause/Resume/Launch, Edit Campaign and a ⋯ menu: Duplicate Campaign, Move to Folder, Download Leads CSV, Assign to Client… (MailFleet team) and Delete Campaign.
