Hand a campaign to a client (MailFleet team only)
If the MailFleet team builds a campaign on your behalf, it is handed over into your workspace: it appears in your Campaigns list, is paused if it was mid-send, and uses your own senders — choose them under Settings → Mailboxes (Edit campaign → Senders for a Multi Channel campaign), then Resume. Nothing is required from you before the hand-over.
Where: Operator account only: Campaigns → More actions → Assign to client…, or the Assign to client button in a campaign header.
How to do it
- Choose the destination client and read the preview of what will move (leads, sends, replies, tasks, attachments) and any blockers or warnings.
- Confirm. The campaign is paused if needed and appears in the client's workspace using their own senders.
Good to know
- Clients never see this control. It exists so the MailFleet team can build a campaign and then hand it over.
- Folders: the campaign keeps its place in the MailFleet team's own Campaigns folders; the client sees it unfiled and can put it in folders of their own.
- A campaign that already has no mailbox — every one it picked was deleted or moved to another workspace — is named in the preview's warnings. It stays unable to start after the hand-over until the client picks one of their own mailboxes, and its alert then reads "It was assigned to this workspace without a mailbox."
