Reading a mailbox's Overview (warmup results, Ready to Send)

The Overview tab on a mailbox shows 7, 14 or 30 days of warmup and sending activity, where its warmup landed, a Ready to Send checklist with a fix for anything that fails, and warmup by day.

Where: Mailboxes → click a mailbox (or its ⋯ menu → "View Performance") → "Overview" tab

How to do it

  1. Open the mailbox; Overview is the first tab. Pick "7 Days", "14 Days" or "30 Days" at the top.
  2. Read the six figures: Warmup Sent (to the network), Landed In Inbox (with its share of the warmup receiving inboxes reported), Saved From Spam (moved to the inbox), Warmup Received (from other mailboxes), Emails Sent (everything sent from this mailbox — campaigns, replies & tests) and Reply Rate (with the replies and bounces behind it).
  3. The dark Deliverability card gives the share of its warmup that receiving inboxes found in the inbox, a verdict, and the mailbox's health.
  4. Ready to Send lists five checks — the warmup period, SPF and DKIM, DMARC, the tracking domain, and sending active. Each passes with a tick or shows a fix button (Turn On Warmup, Edit Warmup, Check DNS, Set Up, Resume, Reconnect, Verify). A DNS record whose lookup didn't answer shows a neutral dash and "Couldn't check …" rather than failing; when that's the only thing open, the headline reads "Couldn't check DNS" instead of "Action needed".
  5. Inbox vs Spam shows where warmup landed. Warmup by Day has a bar per day of warmup sent, with the replied and saved-from-spam parts inside it — hover a day (or focus the chart and use the arrow keys) for its numbers.

Good to know

  • Inbox vs spam is measured only over warmup emails a receiving inbox actually reported — opened in the inbox, or found in spam and moved out. Emails not found yet count neither way. Its answers to other mailboxes' warmup ("Re: …") aren't counted as warmup sent.
  • Warmup outcomes are counted on the day the email was sent. Days are UTC, today included.
  • Verdicts: "Excellent" at 97% inbox or better, "Good" at 90–96%, "Needs Attention" at 80–89%, "At Risk" below 80%, and "No Data Yet" when no receiving inbox has reported anything in the range.
  • Reply Rate is real replies (not bounces or automatic replies) ÷ emails sent from this mailbox — campaigns, replies and tests; bounces are bounce notices plus sends the provider refused outright. It shows "—" when nothing went out in the range.
  • Warmup period passes once warmup has run for 14 days — the lower end of the two to three weeks the warmup guide suggests for a new domain. Until then it shows which day it's on. With warmup off, Turn On Warmup takes you to the Warmup tab; at 0 a day it says so (Edit Warmup); and with no IMAP it says "Warmup needs an IMAP connection", because the engine only warms a mailbox it can read.
  • SPF and DKIM, and DMARC, come from a DNS lookup of the sending domain; Check DNS looks again. A free-mail domain (gmail.com, outlook.com…) has its records run by the provider, so both pass. A lookup that didn't answer in time shows "Couldn't check", never Missing.
  • The tracking check passes when links use the shared tracking domain, or when your custom tracking domain's CNAME points to the tracking edge; Set Up takes you to General → Tracking Domain.
  • Sending active passes while the mailbox is Active; otherwise it offers Resume (paused — "Sending paused" says no campaign, warmup or test emails go out until it's resumed, while replies and forwards you write in Replies still do) or Reconnect / Verify. A paused mailbox whose last connection check failed reads "Paused — its last connection check failed" with Reconnect, because resuming it now — on its page, on the Mailboxes list or, for one paused with its domain, on Deliverability — would mark it Disconnected. Only when the mailbox sends through a dedicated connection IP that MailFleet has checked against DNS blocklists does the line add that result — how many lists were checked and when, or which ones list the IP.
  • The Campaigns tab lists every campaign that picked this mailbox, every live campaign that rotates across all mailboxes, and any campaign it sent for before, with Sent From Here and Replies (all time) and the campaign's Created date; filter by All, Active or Paused & Finished. A campaign counts once it has an email step — automated, or a manual email sent from Tasks through the campaign's mailboxes. Which mailboxes a campaign uses is set in the campaign's Settings → Mailboxes.
