Health score
The 0–100 Health ring on each mailbox is a rollup of its connection state, whether warmup has begun, and its run of failures — not a fabricated reputation score.
Where: Mailboxes → Health column (a ring with the number, and the first thing to fix beside it); Health filter (90 – 100 / 75 – 89 / Under 75); Average Health card; a mailbox's page → Overview → Deliverability card ("Mailbox health N/100")
How to do it
- Read the ring in the Health column; hover it for what the score is made of. Beside it is the first thing to fix; otherwise "DNS pass" when the domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC were all found, "Couldn't check …" when a DNS lookup didn't answer (neutral — not an issue), or "Last check failed" on a paused mailbox whose connection check failed.
- Use the Health filter to show 90 – 100, 75 – 89 or Under 75; the count beside each option respects your other filters. The Average Health card shows the mean across the list and how many are under 75 — click it to filter to those.
- Raise a low score by getting the mailbox connected (Active) and turning warmup on; the score jumps to 100 the moment its first warmup email goes out.
Good to know
- Active: 80. Active with warmup underway (first warmup email sent): 100. Each consecutive real send/verify failure subtracts 4; floor 40.
- Unverified: 50. Paused: 40. Disconnected: 42 minus 6 per consecutive failure, never below 8.
- Temporary network errors do not count against health — only credential/account failures do. A successful send or verify resets the failure count.
- The ring's colour follows the same bands as the filter: 90–100, 75–89 and under 75.
- An Active mailbox under 75 shows "Low health — under 75" and counts toward Needs Action. Paused, Disconnected and Unverified mailboxes carry fixed low scores, so the row reports their status instead; they still count in "N under 75" on the Average Health card and in the Under 75 filter.
- Health isn't inbox placement. Where warmup lands is the warmup reputation in the Warmup column ("N% rep") and the Deliverability card on the mailbox's Overview.
