Senders & warmup5 steps

Bulk edit, pause or warm up many mailboxes

Select any number of mailboxes to pause or resume them, turn warmup on, delete them, or overwrite their sending limits, warmup, signature or connection settings in one go.

Where: Mailboxes → tick rows (or the header checkbox) → selection bar: "Bulk Edit" · "Pause Sending" · "Resume" · "Turn On Warmup" · "Delete" · "Clear"

How to do it

  1. Tick the mailboxes (use the filters and search first). The header checkbox selects everything shown; once you've ticked some, "Select All N Shown" in the selection bar does the same.
  2. "Pause Sending" pauses the active ones: no campaign, warmup or test email goes out from them until you resume — replies and forwards you write in Replies still do — while replies to them keep arriving. "Resume" puts the paused ones back in the sending pool; one whose connection check failed while it was paused goes to Disconnected instead (the button's tooltip says how many), so reconnect those first.
  3. "Turn On Warmup" switches warmup on for the selected mailboxes that are active with warmup off, each keeping its own warmup settings; one with no volume set gets 20 a day. Mailboxes already warming are left exactly as they are.
  4. "Bulk Edit" opens a dialog: on each tab flip the section switch from "Keep As Is" to "Overwrite" and fill in the fields — General → Sending Settings (Emails Per Day, Minimum Gap (Minutes)); Warmup → on/off, Emails Per Day, Gap (Minutes), Reply Rate (%), Daily Ramp-Up (Emails Per Day, 0 = Off), Replies to Inbound Per Day (0 = No Cap); Signature → Text or HTML, with "Add Link" for a link; Connection → Google / Outlook presets, SMTP Host / Port / Security, IMAP Host / Port / Security, Self-Signed / Invalid Certificates. Check the footer ("Will change: …") and click "Apply to N Mailboxes".
  5. "Delete" asks you to confirm in a dialog that lists the mailboxes and names any sending or paused campaign that picks only mailboxes among them — those are paused until you pick another (see "Delete a mailbox"). The result names the campaigns it paused.

Good to know

  • Pause Sending, Resume and Turn On Warmup only change mailboxes in the right state — Pause: Active; Resume: Paused; Turn On Warmup: Active with warmup off. A button is greyed out when none of the selection qualifies, and the result says how many were left as they were.
  • Resume also puts back a mailbox that was paused with its whole domain from Deliverability. The domain's own Resume on Deliverability does the same, with the same exception for a mailbox whose last check failed.
  • Turn On Warmup keeps each mailbox's own volume, ramp, range and reply rate; one with no volume set (0 a day, no randomise range) gets 20 a day so it actually sends. Bulk Edit → Warmup instead replaces the whole warmup configuration and clears randomise ranges; enabling there applies only to active mailboxes.
  • Emails Per Day and Minimum Gap (Minutes) are pre-filled when every selected mailbox has the same value; otherwise they show "Varies · 40 default" / "Varies · 20 default", and a field left blank applies that default (40 per day, 20-minute gap) to every selected mailbox — type a value if you want something else.
  • Connection: blank fields keep each mailbox's own; usernames and passwords stay per mailbox; every changed mailbox is re-verified right after applying. Mailboxes connected with Google or Microsoft sign-in keep their provider connection and are skipped.
  • Security options: SMTP — SSL/TLS (465), STARTTLS (587), None (25); IMAP — SSL/TLS (993), STARTTLS (143), None. Certificate options: Keep Each Mailbox's Setting / Allow (Private Mail Servers) / Require a Valid Certificate.
  • Bulk Edit applies to up to 2,000 mailboxes at a time.
