What is Reply intent (auto-tagging)?
Classifying each reply by what it means — interested, meeting request, question, not now, not interested, out of office, wrong person, referral — so the queue is worked by priority.
Raw replies arrive in the order they were sent. Intent classification reads each one and tags it, so "can we talk Thursday?" is at the top and "please remove me" is handled by rule. Tags can also trigger automation: a meeting-request tag sends the calendar link; a not-interested tag adds the person to the suppression list.
