What is New leads per day (ramp)?
A cap on how many new prospects enter a campaign each day, so a list is worked in gradually rather than blasted on launch.
Launching a 5,000-person list in one day means 5,000 first emails — and if 3% of the addresses are dead, 150 bounces in an afternoon. Capping new leads at 50–100 a day makes a bad list reveal itself at 100 bounces instead, spreads first emails and follow-ups across the same days, and keeps per-mailbox volume steady.
